Would never normally leave a negative review however I turned up 5 mins before my appointment and it was not open. I waited for 25 minutes and no body turned up or answered calls/text. No follow up to even offer an explanation. Accept that this probably won’t be everyone’s experience but it was a complete waste of my saturday morning!
