Would never normally leave a negative review however I turned up 5 mins before my appointment and it was not open. I waited for 25 minutes and no body turned up or answered calls/text. No follow up to even offer an explanation.
Accept that this probably won’t be everyone’s experience but it was a complete waste of my saturday morning!

The laser didn't work at all, even in its highest setting. I've tried other laser treatments before andi had immediate results, but nothing with this one.
