Nice salon and treatments were okay. However, I was left waiting for over half hour after the official time of my appointment!! The client before me had turned up late so my treatments suffered because of this. I had to leave by a certain time and I felt my pedicure/eye lash tint was rushed. Also, I was really upset at having to wait so long. I book via treatwell so I can get a specific appointment to fit in with my day. Zizi was really apologetic and has given me a treatment for my next visit. I will go back and give her another try, it hasn't put me off the salon as she does such a wide range of treatments. However, I hope she understands that if a client runs late then the next appointment/client should not have to inconvenienced. The other client should have had her treatment cut short.
