Zizi was incredibly friendly and nice, making the whole experience absolutely lovely and professional.
She went the extra mile, and didn't just stick to a standard program but seems to look at every customer individually.
I will definitely come back, very very happy that I found her!

Zizi is very professional an does amazing job. her waxing, nail an full face are amazing , very clean . she never leaves hair on skin. she does a clean and beautiful job. i have been going to her for a long time and strongly recommend her
I am so glad I found Zizi - as perfectionist of beauty therapy treatments and specifically threading I am not the easiest of customers to please. Not only does Zizi provide excellent customer service and makes you feel like a friend, she is naturally very talented at what she does and I am yet to find anyone who threads eyebrows better than her.
In addition, Zizi takes note of what would suit you and treats the customer as an individual, I would not go to anyone else now for any of my treatments.
5 stars and would thoroughly recommend for customer service, treatment and reliability.
