Facial was ok but there were some issues. I have been here many times this time, the salon was noisy and the staff seemed unorganised. I felt my facial was rushed and I didn’t have the same experience as I have had previously.
I am glad I turned up early as the staff had no idea my booking was on the system and they have started to serve another customer when they should have been treating me.
I understand mistakes happen and this might be a one but it doesn’t make for a pleasant experience.
