Booked the appointment for my mum who has been box dying her hair. I didnt ask for something extreme and outrageous all i asked for was to open the colour a bit and make it slightly lighter! I didnt expect from black to go golden blonde in one session. Anyways we agreed to do the routs slightly lighter and expect the rest to open with time. The colour turned out worst than what it was before!! I was shocked!! We got in the car and i coudlnt believe it. I wish i had tried doing it myself at home
