I loved they were so on top of washing hands due to the current situation in the world. However I felt like she was doing her own thing and did not listen to what I was asking her - I asked for a simple trim but got more hair off then expected

Overall good treatments, however certain treatments were very slow - not ideal if you have any other plans. Whilst getting my facial I was covered with a white sheet which had marks on it and didn’t look very clean, other than that everything was great. Friendly staff and very informative.
