Salon is usually great for my monthly Hollywood wax but today’s wax was not good. Tried to leave feedback via online form and email instead of here but neither have worked.
1) wax too hot, applied too thickly and method of ripping off was staggered causing bad pain
2) applied after-wax lotion without asking (has caused a rash unfortunately)
3) waxist didn’t leave the room so I could get back changed in private
4) door wasn’t locked
5) she told the owner I got extra areas waxed, when I didn’t

The wash was lovely, Nora gave me a wonderful head massage too! I was offered a drink and I had a tasty coffee and some biscuits. Nora knew exactly what I needed for my cut and gave me hints and tips of what I should be taking/eating for my hair to get thicker and fuller (following some post partum hair loss). Love the cut and the blow dry was the perfect way to end my visit! Loved it!
