Always a five star treatment and service from all at Ziad London. Really lovely genuine bunch. Having had my hair cut multiple times by Ibrahim into a short funky Bob, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ibrahim is an incredible Master Hairdresser, highly recommended.

The best wax I have ever had! Isha was friendly and professional. I was quite nervous about the pain but she worked her magic, made me feel comfortable and calm and I’m extremely impressed with the results. My new go to waxing place - I would thoroughly recommend Isha.

My facial at Ziad wasn’t good. It wasn’t relaxing as she kept coming in and out the room, as well as the music kept skipping to adverts during the facial. In addition, the hygiene was terrible and made me feel uncomfortable, and made me feel as though I was in inexperienced hands. She touched her phone on multiple occasions as well as touching the door handles when coming in and out. She went straight back to touching my face without washing hands. My face wasn’t clean after. I’d like a refund.
