I recently visited and had a mixed experience. As a new client the welcome wasn’t particularly warm was told to go upstairs then in a room, I was told to get ready, I wasn’t provided with anything to cover my intimate area as I waited on the bed which felt uncomfortable as you are in view when door opens and window blinds are open. That said, the waxing itself was done quickly and efficiently, so I can’t fault the procedure and technical aspect.
