Small untidy shop not pleasant place to be. I was kept waiting 25 mins for my appointment as nail person was working on another client. What is the point of an appointment system if you don't bother to keep to it and no one apologised. I was also then told the treatment I paid for was actualy £10 more than sho9wed on Treatwell. Only that I had paid online and no refunds did I stay and waste 30 mins of my day waiting in a horrible little shop that was not clean or nice. To be fair to the girl who did my nails she was very nice and did a good job - but the overall experience was not good and I shall not return.
