A quiet spot in Harvey Nichols. My stylist checked what I wanted, confirmed specifics during the blow dry and checked I was happy afterwards. All very friendly and good value.

The salon was based in the Harvey Nichols building which was a bit glamorous. The stylist was very friendly and we went through what I wanted. The stylist was very considerate and did a great job but unfortunately when it came to the cut, it wasnt quite how I had asked. I wanted an elongated/ inverted bob where it was shorter at the back than the front and the bob didnt seem to be as short at the back. The stylist offered to rectify things but I had to catch a train.
