I enjoyed the whole experience and was made to feel very comfortable by the staff. The treatments were well worth the value and I got a lot out of the massage. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic wax as always. Very highly recommended! Cate is very friendly and puts you at ease straight away. The new premises is starting to look really nice as well. Will definitely be going back.

This review to me seems a little harsh but I have to review the treatment and visit I had not what I think is normal for them. On arrival at the salon there was no sign outside making locating it a big of a challenge. Reception looks not finished a glass case that's empty and packs of flooring behind reception desk. I was greeted efficiently and completed a treatment card. I was then taken into what appears to be the second treatment room by the junior. The room was barely finished baring a treatment bed, I was popped on the bed with the spot lights glaring above me. The junior then applied the tint, to my mind the trained therapist should do this. After the first application it hadn't taken, she supplied again still hadn't taken. The therapist then came and did it again this time it did take and the spot lights were turned down. The therapist/owner was very good and the overall effect of my brows was very good. I'm therefore sad to be having to leave a not entirely glowing review, hopefully my review will assist with improvements.
