Staff were really friendly and definitely made me feel at ease for the waxing. Reception area was well presented but the treatment room could do with a bit of an update and maybe some new towels. That said, the treatment was great and as I said the staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Super friendly and attentive even when only one member of staff in. Very chatty and made to feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend !

Great wax - all staff friendly and approachable. Most thorough wax I've ever had and was all over within 20 minutes. Thank you Zensational! Will definitely be back.
