The process was quite long and as such there were a lot of interruptions from other people entering the salon and at one point i was left whilst the beautician went to perform another treatment on another client - not the best service.
The treatment was good with a visible lift in the lashes which has lasted well so far.

Hot wax is always advertised as a less painful treatment than strip wax however this was more painful at times and took a long time. Staff were absolutely loverly however, just didn't rate the actual treatment much.

Very nice salon. Friendly staff. Good value 3 treatment package and excellent firm massage that got all my knots out! Would book again.

I booked this very last minute and they were able to accommodate me. The procedures were a bit rushed but I appreciate that I had given them 10 mins notice
