Great service and set of nails. However the salon seem to have a real problem with clients who book via treatwell and claim it’s for new customers only. It has only been updated on here very recently, but as I explained the shellac manicure which I go in for still doesn’t say that. I won’t be returning just to pay an extra £8 to book directly with them. If you don’t agree with treatwell, don’t list your business on it.

Firstly there was a mix up with the booking; I booked on treatwell but the staff didn’t check so I had to push back my appointment. The staff were nice though up until the point that I got undressed and ready and then suddenly told, someone else will see you now. The lady I eventually got was lovely and we had a good chat but ultimately I’ve had better waxes elsewhere that didn’t leave me with bruising.
