Had the classic facial but there was nothing classic about it. Bex made me feel so comfortable. The steam machine felt lovely & then the products she used smelled & felt lovely. The head neck & shoulder massage made me so relaxed while the products worked on my skin. I left feeling so relaxed & my face felt amazing.
