I was actually looking for a more gentle massage, sort of relaxing to sleep type rather than pummelling and use of body weight. I did say not so hard but adjustment was not apparent.

We have been going to Zen for over 3 years now, booking a regular monthly massage in and as always, it’s an exceptional service. We have never had any issues with the team running Zen or the massage therapists. My wife and I have the same therapists each time and they do their best each visit to ensure we walk out feeling much better (and we 100% do).
