I said that I booked my appointment for stress and headaches, so my massage was adjusted to reduce a little of foot massage to add some shoulder work before the head massage.
I had the best night sleep that night and no headaches for over 2 weeks! I need to book another!

I had a 30-minute massage with Dee today and it was exactly what I needed. She has strong, confident hands and found every knot without me having to point them out. You could actually hear my back releasing as she worked, and I walked out feeling so much lighter, like I'd put down something I'd been carrying for weeks.
She used a lovely jasmine oil, and the whole session felt calm and unhurried. Dee is warm and professional, and she made me feel completely at ease from the start. Thank you!
