I've had a frozen shoulder for some time, had steroid injections and physio which helped for a while, I asked for a firm massage and explained the issue with my shoulder, the pressure was exactly what I'd asked for and when she reached my shoulder she reduced the pressure and constantly checked to make sure I was ok. The venue was clean and the oil had a nice fragrance, I forgot to ask what it was but will ask when I go again as it helped me relax. I really have nothing negative to say Thanks
