I booked Ann 2 weeks in advance. and paid the full £45 .All my confirmation emails and text message reminders etc confirmed my massage was with Ann . When I turned up early Ann said she was busy and appeared to not know I had even booked the massage with her !. I was massaged then by somebody else ! I would of booked the £40.50 last minute massage by anybody if that was what I wanted !. This has happend twice now with Ann so I prob wont back or use Treatwell again as your trapped once u pay .
