A great place for couples massage

I’ve had a few massages at Zen and they’re always amazing. Unfortunately on this occasion I was disappointed. The massage was too rough, despite me asking for the pressure to be lighter and flinching 3 times when she hurt me. The experience felt rushed, my masseuse was about 10 minutes late due to previous client over running but she didn’t make up that time during my massage (paid for an hour). I booked aromatherapy massage and no special oil or scent was used. Overall disappointing.
