I had an amazing deep tissue massage at zen therapy. It's such a lovely relaxing, professional environment. I asked for a firm massage as this is my preference and the therapist definitely delivered on this she got deep into the muscles and worked out my knots in my shoulders it felt amazing! One of the best massages I've had I'll definitely be back soon.

I used to go to Zen years ago and haven’t been back since I moved away 4 years ago but I can honestly say that I have never experienced as good a massage as I do here! This will definitely be worth the trip back in future as Ann is absolutely brilliant!! Thank you so much ☺️
