Highly recommend this place. Me and my partner try to come regularly and after trying some other places closer. We prefer Zen. You feel like you are away on holiday, its clean, professional and welcoming.

I booked Ann 2 weeks in advance. and paid the full £45 .All my confirmation emails and text message reminders etc confirmed my massage was with Ann . When I turned up early Ann said she was busy and appeared to not know I had even booked the massage with her !. I was massaged then by somebody else ! I would of booked the £40.50 last minute massage by anybody if that was what I wanted !. This has happend twice now with Ann so I prob wont back or use Treatwell again as your trapped once u pay .
