Sarah was a lovely friendly person, she explained things that other waxers hadn't which showed her knowledge and care for clients. I was bit nervous as first time having Hollywood with her but she made me feel relaxed

Had a wonderful pedicure with Sarah today. She was incredibly attentive and took so much care throughout the whole appointment. Everything felt relaxed, thorough, and professional, and I left feeling really looked after. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and the quality of her work.
