Katie was fantastic! My whole time there felt like an experience, rather than just popping in for a treatment. She made me feel 100% at ease (this was my first time here), talked me through everything, and it was all just fantastic. I can’t explain it, it was just the most wonderful experience! I loved everything about it! I was only in MCR for the weekend, and live about 30 miles away, but I’ll definitely be a regular visitor now. I feel amazing!

She was so welcoming , friendly and warm. She throughly explained the treatment so I was aware of everything she was doing and educated me on the products she was using which I really liked. I would definitely book with her again as the facial and experience was amazing.
