They thought my booking was half an hour later than it actually was, which concerned me, because I needed it to start and end as it said in the appointment time. The technician started my treatment ten minutes later than the start time but still managed to finish on time when I told her I needed to leave at the time it was scheduled to end.

Technician sprayed alcohol without warning on the skin of my hands causing cuts on my hands to burn. She should have dipped the alcohol in cotton wool and only wiped the nail surfaces. My cuticles were also cut in too deep, which caused bleeding.
