Alchemy of Touch Healing Massage: 60mins. A massage quite unlike any other I've previously experienced. Renata Zemanova works with a variety of techniques, including deep tissue and Myo-fascial release - don't expect to be pummled in to submission! There's a much deeper focus and energy at work, somehow.
Renata's approach is extremely sensitive, but strong, and I felt she had a keen instinct for what my body needed. I have a persistent leg injury, which is pretty hard to define or pin-point but, after suffering a week of niggles and stiffness, my leg felt so much lighter and more fluid after the treatment, and it remained ache-free for days afterwards.
Just had another amazing massage from Renata. Friendly and genuine with excellent techniques! Very happy!
Renata was great. After our session I felt lighter, energised and much, much better!! Highly recommended :)
