Really friendly. Very accommodating when I asked for an upper lip threading alongside my booked treatments. Made me feel at ease - which is quite difficult during a Hollywood was!

My overall experience for the Hollywood wax was positive. I had so many dramas going in random places, and I normally suffer a lot. Here, the wax has been almost painless so I am very happy with that. A few hair left, but the landy tried to be very accurate by removing some of the left hair manually. She's very nice.
