Friendly lady, clean and tidy place. Couldn't fully relax due to head rest hurting my forehead, it wasn't very soft. I couldn't wait to turn around and lay on my back. It kinda ruined the whole point of being relaxed. Massage was fine but not the best compared to previous experiences. Also i was quite cold, the place was not warm enough. I enjoyed the facial treatment.
