Very unprofessional salon. I booked for Saturday 4pm but apparently they were full even if it didn't appeared on the site so they changed my booking time and date without contacting me at all! When I called them to asked what happened they were extremely rude, no apologies and refused to help and I had to call treatwell directly. Since I was in my initial booking cancellation time I was able to get a refund. Extremely disappointed and will never use again. At least treatwell's customer service was lovely.

Zara was an absolute professional and very gentle with all the treatments. Her relaxing music made me feel like I was in a hotel spa and her efficient service was wonderful. The only thing I'd change is to place some sort of signage on the house in which this salon is situated. But other than that, this was by far my best waxing and threading experience!
