I have had 4 appointments at Zara's Beauty and I was very happy with the Hollywood waxing and upper lip threading. The place is very clean and Zara is lovely. I have sensitive skin and been burnt a number of times wherever I been when they use the roller wax instead of the warmed (pot) wax, lollipop sticks and strips. I will never allow the roller wax to be used on my skin again. My previous beautician waxed my arms for the last 10 years with the professional warmed wax and strips and I was never burnt once.

This was my first Hollywood wax for years and I'm pregnant so was extra nervous! Zara was professional, calming and confident which made it so much easier! I'd be lying if I said it wasn't painful, but it was quick! Really nice lady that clearly knows her stuff!
