I think it should be made clear that this place is not a store but a mobile beauty place at home. I was not aware of this. The whole experience was great. The least amount of pain I've felt during a Hollywood wax. However she did put wax on my labia and I have to say was not impressed when she pulled. That hurt a lot - and there's no hair there so I don't know why she put wax there.
As far as I'm aware holly wood is all hair removed but I still had hair around my bum cheeks.
The room was incredibly hot and that was very uncomfortable to sit through

Zarha was a lovely therapist and the whole experience was very relaxing. I really enjoyed the facial which includes a hot towel treatment, perfection!

Was a little apprehensive having not visited a private therapist before but Zara was very calming and made my experience thoroughly enjoyable. In fact I was so relaxed during my deep tissue massage I found it hard to move off the table afterwards! Zara also massaged my hands as well which until that moment I didn't even realise how tense they were. Then to round it all off Zara massaged my face with natural coconut balm, bliss :)
