I’ve visited Zara a few times and she’s always very thorough and leaves my skin super smooth. She’s friendly and works in a relaxing ambience (making the waxing pain a little bit easier to take).

Zara is lovely, and very professional. The place is easy to find and plenty of street parking. The room was clean and very quite - so really relaxing. Products are all herbal and made fresh by Zara. I had the classic facial. Massage at the start really relaxed me. Quite different to other facials I've had, as with some of the other comments, I did have granules and residue on some of my face afterwards. My face didn't feel well moisturised afterwards, and I don't have dry skin normally. The treatment lasted 50mins not, the 1hour 10mins stated, but is good value for money.

It was my first experience with waxing so I was really nervous. Zara made me feel very comfortable and made my experience as least painful as possible. Will definitely be going to Zara for any future waxes.
