Sorry have to leave bad review bit really upset with this wax .therapist did not listen when I was literarily screaming from pain of the hot wax it was so bad that I got badly burnt and took over a week to start to heal the burns , therapists contained to blame me for sensitivities when clearly the wax was extremely hot and not the correct temperature. I hope this does not happen to anyone else and feel I have to mention . Never had such a bad experience from a wax where I needed to get something to treat . Shame he therapist did not listen to see if I was ok . Put me off ever using this service again
