I’ve had my wax here many times now however I find that the treatment is done far too quickly, it states 25 minutes for treatment and yet I was done in 10 minutes, with hairs still remaining. I feel as though if a treatment states 25 minutes then the full 25 minutes should be used. I understands Hollywood wax is quite personal however I’d rather my treatment be extremely thorough than not at all. I have been getting wax for 4+ years and have never experienced something like this.

Zara is very professional, she offers helpful tips and advice on Post treatment maintenance and she is very quick - Holly wax complete in 10 minutes! the environment is also very relaxing
