Had to wait over half an hour for the technician to arrive. The tinting methods used were very basic and tint was left on my eyelids tinting them black. Charged me extra for “eyebrow shaping” when the technician didn’t ask if I wanted them shaped.

I thought the colour was OK but due to language barriers (the stylist had to communicate via a translator, who wasn't always around), I ended up getting a cut with layers when I'd specifically asked for a blunt cut. I also felt that he was a bit hard on my hair, tugging at my scalp till it hurt to get rid of any tangles. I've had a good experience previously at Zara, but it was with a different stylist.
