I am never impressed with the hair wash, so quick and not a nice deep wash or condition, but the great cut and blow dry make up for it and make me want to return.

They cancelled the appointment 2 hours before it was due as the therapist was sent home sick, so I can’t comment on any of the above...!!!!!
Don’t know why she bothered going in if she was ill. I could have been informed much earlier and then come back from Windsor later........!
