had a short wait but I wasn’t in a rush and the staff were so kind and apologetic so that was no problem. the lady was really sweet and made me feel very comfortable. eyebrow threading was done really well, she asked my opinion on the shape and what I wanted it to look like, it was so gentle and relaxing when at other places I find it painful! overall really happy - would definitely recommend

My hair looks nice but didn’t turn out how I wanted it. The stylist was very aggressive when back combing my hair to dye it.
Once they washed my hair 2 of the stylists brushed it and it felt like they were ripping my hair out of my head, I saw a clump of my wet hair fall in front of me, I then saw loads of my hair clumped in the wash basin, which obviously made me panic. I am now left with random short strands of hair. My hair is damaged, but brushing it in that manner definitely didn’t help!
