Started off well the salon was organised In the morning and had a lovely coffee and got the Sunday paper. Showed the stylist what I wanted and what I didn’t.
She got started - had to move seats a few times as customers without appointments came in. The colour was washed out by someone else and toner put in. The toner was washed by another person and wasn’t checked properly.
Once done - the colour was awful and was a raw tacky blonde look and definitely not an ombré or anything like the image ( hazel and brown shades). Another person then dried my hair .
I did go back as I was so unhappy with the colour and wasn’t treated as expected. More toner was put in and I showed the picture of what I wanted again - didn’t happen and their finnish was awful. Zara herself dried my hair and was very harsh - literally scrapping the brush against my face and pulling my hair.
I definitely wouldn’t return and wish I’d never gone in the first place.
