Did the job but not the most luxurious of venues.

It was my first time booking an appointment there. The beautician was really lovely and finished the work really nicely. The one thing I would say made the treatment not enjoyable was the treatment room: super tiny, my head and foot were literally touching the walls, no ventilation (although she kindly gave me a manual fan). The heat made it hard for the wax to cool down which made the treatment super hurftul at times (and I'm not one that is super sensitove). I'd recommend the place if you're in a hurry and need a last minute brazilian but not for a hollywood.

I would give it a 0 if I could! I’m a Brazilian and have been getting Hollywood waxes for 16 years and I have never bled or felt this much pain before! The girl who was waxing me was clearly inexperienced as she was shaking and couldn’t pull out the wax. She was waxing the same parts over and over and not getting the hair out until she actually made me bleed. For the first time in my life I wasn’t able to finish a wax and left the place with a bleeding, blue and sticky vagina full of cotton (yes! Cotton!). And as I told her to stop, she told ME this was normal! This is not normal! If it bleeds after 16 years doing the same treatment, it is not normal!
I’m shocked by the irresponsibility of this place in not letting the client know the aesthetician is inexperienced. Very irresponsible!
I paid 30 quid to suffer and not have my treatment finished!
