Not great. I asked for strip was (for a reason) and got half strip, half hot wax. Patchy too. Covid-wise also not great. Mask half off, no gloves.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for a Brow Lamination. The results are amazing and have your brows looking so full. The people at Zaku are also always so welcoming, kind and fun, especially Shanice. I love this place, always a great vibe and you come out feeling fab.
