I love my eyebrows which was professional done by Samira . I definitely would recommend Zaku, they communicate effectively and keep you up to date with appointments . I attended the Epsom branch which was very clean and easy to find.

Beautiful Samira, thank you for these wonderful brows! You were very professional, reassuring, skilled and patient. I'm glad I chose Zaku for my Ombre brows and hope this will help someone decide. I am very pleased so thanks again, and keep up with the good job!

I have had three treatments done eyebrows,eyeliner and lip filler.
I've had semi permanent make up before and lip filler but I've never been so uncomfortable as I was at the place. I will not be returning because I was not happy with how I was treated I felt like it was rushed. I had no numbing cream put on my lips before the filler was done and left lip with a massive blue bruised upper lip and a huge black hemota on my upper lip. Unacceptable bad practice. Beware of additional costs
