Highly recommend. Had micro blading done by Samira so happy with them such a nice person. I felt a bit unsure being an older person late 50s but no need she made me feel very comfortable I’ll be going back definitely for other things
I bought a voucher from Groupon for microblading because Shanice had done such a lovely job of my friend's eyebrows about a week before. When I phoned to book in with Shanice, I was told that, as Shanice is really busy now, I would have to pay an extra £50 if I want her to do it! I checked the website and it was not mentioned in the pricing that it costs extra to have Shanice. It seems that Shanice's popularity has made them greedy. Refund requested from Groupon and spoken to Anna on the phone, who said that the pricing on the website includes this £50 surcharge, which is actually not true. Seeking advice from trading standards.
Shanice is genuinly incredibly lovely, talented and organised. It was an absolute pleasure and so refreshing to meet a therapist so welcoming, down to earth and kind. Her microblading skills are seriously impressive! I'm very happy with my treatment and the way Shanice really took her time to explain, comfort and reassure me.
She was really attentive to me and y husband who came along as he helps care for me and she was very understanding and kind towards us both.
It is clear that she is a lovley person beyond just been a wonderful therapist. I highly recommend her service. I look forward to my next app.

Advised cant leave numbing cream on longer as in a rush and have another client coming in - first appointment undertaken in terrible pain having had the cream on for 10 mins. Attended "top up appointment" to be told AFTER the service that there is an additional fee payable of £100.
I paid an additional £50 at my first appointment because I was told the option I had purchased was not suitable. NO MENTION OF ADDITIONAL COSTS. And given I couldn't sit through my first appointment because of the pain, I understood the top up would be to finish off from the first sitting along with the £50 surcharge! 30 minutes appointment time - completely inadequate! Treatments of this type should take atleast 60 mins for a 1st session and 30-45 mins for a 2nd. Shaniece called me a thief and said she would call the police because I refused to pay another £100. Paid £149 to date and asked for another £100. UTTER RIP OFF. Told my complaint would not be accepted and police called. They DONT tell you what the HIDDEN costs are and say, its all in the terms and conditions. This is not acceptable policy for both refusing to accept a complaint and also NOT advising clients of how much a service costs UNTIL AFTER THE SERVICE HAS BEEN UNDERTAKEN - SIMPLY AVOID
