Samira is amazing! My face feels so fresh every time and she’s so lovely to talk to! Have a great time getting all the blackheads out of my face whilst we have a really nice chat! Would recommend her 1000%!

Service started 30 mins late, with no real update on how long the wait was.
Eyebrow was fine, annoyed when I told therapist I like thinner brows she advised me otherwise and kept them on the bigger side.
When it came to the facial, the service WAS NOT provided. The steam machine was broken so she wasn't able to provide service booked in for. Instead she Dermaplaned face which wasn't booked nor pre-warned. I have tried calling salon with no luck, so disappointed and upset by this.
