Brilliant. Very attentive and thorough with her work. I’m actually writing this review 2 weeks on from my appointment and they are still in brilliant condition - just like on the first day. Went in for grey balayage not highlights after strand test that showed the colour was achievable. First visit ended up with a full head of orangey brassy highlight. After contacting the salon was offered the opportunity to go in. After further discussion went ahead to correct the process. Although the end result was greyer still not what I wanted. Before my next wash the toner was gone and brassy orangey tones showing. Emailed to say what has happened and asked for advice. 4 days no response
