Not sure if they were overbooked or previous clients ran over, but it was clear the venue was stretched beyond capacity. My wax was rushed through- 6 mins total for a hollywood. Unfortunately this meant a poor result- broken hairs rather than pulled from root and regrowth started already 3 days later. This may have been a one off poor experience due to circumstances and lady did seem lovely, though a little stressed.
