Wax treatment itself was really good. Michelle was friendly and professional. Also I agree with other reviewers about no double dipping and it’s great that she uses organic wax. The only thing that was slightly an issue/uncomfortable was having to walk through the men’s hair salon each time to get upstairs and back. Also once upstairs, the door to the treatment room is a little exposed as it opens straight out into the waiting area.

Michelle is extremely nice and professional. She uses organic wax which I found more gentle than other salons. I will be going back.
