This is a bit of a mixed review. I’ve had lots of waxes here & always been happy but this week I came & eventually had to leave without being seen as they were running so late. I came back today - the therapist didn’t leave the room while I changed, didn’t put a towel down and I had to ask for tissue to be put down rather than lie in a cold plastic sheet. On previous appts I have always had privacy to change, a towel to lie on and cover myself with. The waxing itself was good.
