Appointment was running nearly 30mins late. I wasn’t offered a drink or anything whilst I waited. Paid extra to get a cut with the manager but there was only one staff member there and they were not the manager. Would not recommend.

Lovely staff but sadly wax was pretty poor. Was in there for over 45 mins despite having not much hair and had to finish it myself
when I got home.
