After a summer of travelling its safe to say that my hair had seen better days. I was actually worried that I would need to have loads cut off but, as usual, Zac worked absolute magic. After a wonderfully relaxing treatment and a good trim my hair looked and felt a million dollars. The rest of the staff were attentive and friendly ensuring that my needs were met throughout the visit-Special thanks to Leah for the steady flow of coffee to keep me awake for my afternoon meeting! I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Worst Haircut Ever. I went to this salon and requested a haircut. Before I got there I couldn’t find the place as it is tucked away and difficult to find. The staff member on the phone was unable to direct me to where the salon was as she didn’t know, even thought I was a minute away. Somebody else had to get on the phone with me to help.I get to the salon and the staff member that washed my hair ran out of shampoo and instead of getting a new shampoo bottle tried to use the dregs at the bottom of the existing bottle, whilst mixing it up with water to get more out of it. This made me feel completely horrible.
Then after washing my hair, the person cutting my hair had to get the staff member to wash my hair again as it wasn’t rinsed properly. Then when I finally got to the chair to have my hair cut,
the person cutting was distracted with another client at the same time as he was supposed to be looking after my hair. The cut that he did was in my opinion completely the opposite of what I asked for and I am very unhappy with the end result. The fringe alone was taken and cut shorter than what I said I wanted. It was cut in one straight line and then just swept to the side. When I
expressed my concern over it being too straight, the guy cutting my hair started to correct me that the proper word I’m looking for is blunt not straight, after which he went on to cut even more into it so I had to ask him to stop.
When it came to payment, I booked a treatment that on this site that said would be £30. When it came to the salon charging me money, he originally wanted to charge £35, but then being assured that it’s ok as I’m a new customer so he won’t.
I am very unhappy with the service I received here and the haircut.

My daughter recommended this place to me and as her hair always looks gorgeous so I went along with her on my first visit. The salon is tucked away down a side street so probably wouldn't have found it without her help, but once there I was pleasantly surprised. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The salon is very nice, clean and modern. I had a half hair of highlights a treatment and cut and blow dry....the cost was really good value for money. I've booked another appointment as I was so pleased.

I used the new client deal to get highlights, cut and finish. Very happy with the overall result, the highlights are really nice. The staff member was super lovely and attentive and gave a good consultation at the beginning. The place was lovely and clean and modern. I would recommend this place.
